We bought this for our son and it stopped working after just one week, and Digiblue has terrible customer service! After waiting on hold for over an hour I was told that it was basically not their problem. Overall, I would say a terrible product with terrible customer service.

This camcorder is a huge disappointment. The video quality is very poor, the software that you use to download the movies and photos only occasionally works, and it drains batteries VERY quickly. In fact, it takes so long to download movies, the batteries often die before it can finish. Technical service for this item is essentially nonexistent because you simply sit on hold for hours. I would suggest buying a regular camera with movie/sound since most come with fairly simple movie editing software. Unless you can afford to write off a worthless toy, stay away from this camcorder!!

You are pretty limed on the things you can do with this camera. It’s fun but the video will be dark.

This is a really great camera. I bought it for my granddaughter who is 9 and she loves it. After just a short going over of the instructions she was filming everything. I do recommend getting the extra memory card though because the memory in the camera is short

good camera for the money. we paid $45 for it. its for my son to replace his v-cam now which i think is no longer available. YOU MUST BUY A MEMORY CARD IT ONLY HAS 64K WORTH OF INTERNAL MEMORY. it was only good for 2 mins worth of video. i dont know how long its going to hold up, we’ve only had it since easter. so far so good it has fallen once from about 3 feet and had no problems so it seems pretty stable.
