I have a Gateway GT5078E Computer with a card reader installed at the factory and running Windows XP Media Edition and I can’t read this card on my computer. I need the special USB Card Reader I’m told but reluctant to buy. It is going to cost more than I thought. The 2 Gigs are fine for me right now. After all, they dont take up that much space in my camera pouch.

i bought this a year ago for my handycam, rarely use it and just when i plug it in my computer and tried to pull it out, the USB plug left on my Mac. it seems to be glued to the body. can anyone suggest if it’s OK to glue it back together and have it working properly? thanks!

My Pocket PC, and home computer can not read this card. I now find that some of my devices can only read cards up to 2GB. I have to use the card reader that came with it to download files to/from the computer. Which is okay, just not as convenient.

No issues with the card, but the reader took a dive on us. I’m back to connecting the camera directly to the PC.
